Go to a small company. Learn the passion and the dreams. In a big company, you will learn the processes as more often than not, you are part of a machine.It’s not which company you go, but which boss you follow. A good boss teach you differently.From 30 – 40 years old, think clearly and work for yourself if you really want to be an entrepreneur.From 40 – 50 years old, think about how to focus on things you are good at.
